Oncology RN
Location: Cleveland, OH
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour nights only)
Travel Rate: $76/hr ($2,736/wk)
Local Rate: $68.50/hr ($2,466/wk)
The Oncology RN will care for a complex medical oncology population in a high-acuity setting. This role requires strong communication, rapid clinical decision-making, and the ability to manage evolving patient conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor chemotherapy and related side effects
Interpret cardiac arrhythmias and respond to changes in condition
Provide advanced respiratory care (trachs, chest tubes, AIRVO, CPAP/BiPAP)
Care for patients requiring step-down–level monitoring
Support end-of-life and hospice care goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated care
Requirements:
Active RN license
OCN and BLS — required
ACLS — required (step-down acuity)
Step-Down / Progressive Care experience highly preferred
Demonstrated competency with chemotherapy administration and high-acuity oncology care
