Job Summary
The role involves leading and coordinating field-support activities in operational medicine across various combatant command regions, ensuring alignment with the military’s medical mission needs. This position entails managing the deployment, sustainment, and exercise support for military medical information systems in operational settings, while also serving as the primary liaison between medical personnel and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational medicine field-support initiatives across combatant-command regions.
- Ensure consistency with military medical mission requirements.
- Oversee the fielding and ongoing support of deployed military medical information systems.
- Act as the principal liaison for medical personnel and key stakeholders.
- Support exercise operations related to medical information systems in deployed environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational medicine.
- Demonstrated experience in deployed Role 1–3 operations.
- Previous field service or leadership experience in theater medical IT.
- Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various global and austere locations.
