Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for steering the complete lifecycle of sophisticated RF systems and payloads, starting from the concept phase all the way through flight qualification and into high-rate production. This role involves the management of interdisciplinary teams and oversight of technical strategies, while acting as the main liaison for clients in the National Security, civil, and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of advanced RF systems and payloads.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage and implement technical roadmaps for project success.
- Serve as the primary contact for various customer segments including National Security and commercial clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace program management.
- Demonstrated ability to transition hardware from prototype stages to production smoothly.
- Extensive knowledge in RF systems or satellite communication is essential.
