This role involves enhancing processes, overseeing quality assurance functions, and promoting interdepartmental teamwork to address workflow challenges. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and a minimum of two years of operational experience in areas such as planning, trades, engineering, or finance. A bachelor’s degree along with experience in manufacturing, shipbuilding, or leadership positions is highly desirable.
