**Operations Lead & Laborer**
The Operations Lead & Laborer will oversee daily field operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while providing accurate on-site sales estimates. This role acts as the main resource for team assistance, training, and immediate resolution of issues during physical removal activities. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in leadership, sales, or operations, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A valid driver’s license is essential, and candidates should be capable of lifting and loading items that exceed 50 lbs.
