The Assistant General Manager collaborates with the General Manager to manage the restaurant’s daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and delivering an outstanding guest experience. This role entails overseeing financial performance, fostering team development, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Applicants should possess 3–5 years of advancing front-of-house leadership experience within upscale or fine dining settings. Expertise in POS and reservation systems, combined with strong financial acumen and team management capabilities, is essential.
