**Operations Leader**
The Operations Leader is responsible for managing the daily activities of the store, which involves overseeing inventory control, restocking procedures, and order processing to guarantee operational efficiency. This position also entails directing visual merchandising initiatives and mentoring team members to provide outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards. Applicants should possess at least 2 years of leadership experience, ideally in the retail or hospitality sectors. This role demands excellent organizational abilities, the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
