**O&M Technician**
The O&M Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation and electrical upkeep of the Athena RNG facility. This includes overseeing anaerobic digestion processes and maintaining plant equipment. Responsibilities will involve diagnosing issues, conducting repairs, and calibrating both instrumentation and electrical systems to meet regulatory compliance. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Technical training and experience specifically in wastewater management or anaerobic digestion processes are strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in handling electrical systems up to 480 volts and be adept in the use of both hand and power tools.
