Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for supervising the daily functions of the department, ensuring that staffing, scheduling, and safety and sanitation standards are upheld. This role focuses on promoting service excellence and monitoring important performance metrics, such as labor costs and inventory management.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Preferred: A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced entertainment or hospitality environment.
