Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and safe management of daily operations at the renewable natural gas facility. This role encompasses maintenance supervision, personnel oversight, and ensuring adherence to environmental regulations. The Operations Manager aims to enhance plant performance through continuous improvement strategies, driving reliability, productivity, and profitability while maintaining budgetary control and managing stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance activities to maintain optimal operational conditions.
- Manage personnel to foster a productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably in the industrial or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and maintenance protocols.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
