Job description
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and enhancing a team dedicated to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency in air cargo operations. This role entails executing productivity strategies, overseeing projects across the site, and working in tandem with various teams to achieve organizational goals. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience, in addition to a minimum of 3 years of experience in employee management and performance oversight. The position also necessitates the ability to successfully pass security checks for access to airport facilities and the physical readiness to operate in diverse weather conditions.
