Job Summary
The Operations Manager is tasked with supervising the financial aspects, safety protocols, staffing requirements, and regulatory compliance of a center. This role also includes providing support to the clinical team to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial performance of the center to ensure effective resource management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across operations.
- Mentor and manage a diverse team ranging from 25 to 50 employees to foster a productive work environment.
- Utilize key performance indicators to assess and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate high-quality support for families, ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications
- Between 3 to 6 years of experience in managing sizable teams across multiple locations or districts.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Experience with autistic children and their families is preferred.
