Job Summary
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supervising the financial, safety, and regulatory compliance functions of a facility. Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in people management, particularly with large teams operating across multiple locations.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred for this role.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential for effective team and community interactions.
- Demonstrated high emotional intelligence to handle diverse team dynamics and patient needs.
