Job Summary
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing multi-site clinical engineering operations, including financial performance, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in a clinical engineering or healthcare environment, with the ability to manage budgets, improve performance metrics, and drive operational results. This individual will lead, develop, and coach teams while partnering with hospital executives and frontline staff to ensure accountability, equipment uptime, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
- Set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
- Translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
- Partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience leading teams and driving operational performance
- Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
Preferred Skills:
- Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE)
