Lead the onboarding, coaching, development, and performance management of drivers and helpers, maintaining regular communication and supporting their career goals. Promote safe work practices, investigate injuries and incidents, maintain and audit regulatory and route-operation records, and visit customer sites to address safety and service issues. Requires an accredited associate degree or an accredited high school diploma plus two years of relevant work experience, along with legal eligibility to work in the position’s country. A valid driver’s license is required upon hire; completion of the WM Operations Manager Trainee program is preferred.
