Job Summary
This role involves assisting the Club Manager in the management of daily club functions, facilitating team training and onboarding, ensuring task completion, supporting key performance indicators (KPIs), overseeing inventory, and providing staffing assistance. The objective is to foster a welcoming environment for club members by effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Support the Club Manager in overseeing everyday operations.
- Assist with the onboarding and training processes for new team members.
- Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and KPIs are achieved.
- Manage inventory and provide support for staffing needs.
- Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for club members by addressing inquiries and membership transactions.
- Promote club services and maintain cleanliness and safety within the facility.
- Tackle any member-related or facility-related issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Willingness to attain CPR/AED certification through training provided by the employer.
- Preferably, candidates should have 9 to 12 months of experience in customer service and team leadership.
- The role necessitates the ability to stand, move around, clean, and lift weights up to 75 pounds regularly.
