Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to safely and effectively manage machinery during the production and packaging processes of confectionery goods. The operator is responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards while upholding a clean and sanitary work atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery for the production and packaging of confectionery items.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards throughout the production cycle.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work environment at all times.
- Perform physical tasks repetitively, including lifting objects weighing up to 72 lbs.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills are necessary for the role.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP software is preferred.
- Proficient in English to understand manuals and facilitate communication effectively.
