Monitor and adjust pellet mill computer systems, moisture levels, dryers, rotex equipment, and conveyors to maintain efficient operations and minimize unplanned downtime. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate maintenance and repairs, record operational data, support continuous improvement, and train new operators. Requires knowledge of pellet mill operating systems, strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience operating computer systems in manufacturing; the role also involves physical work, flexible hours, and passing pre-employment screening.
