Job description
The Ophthalmic Scribe plays a vital role in meticulously recording medical appointments and procedures in the Electronic Medical Records system. This position also supports the physician by organizing clinic operations, setting up examination rooms, and ensuring that diagnosis and procedure coding are accurate. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience or training. Essential qualifications include familiarity with medical terminology, proficiency in EMR systems, and excellent communication abilities.
