Job Summary
The Clinical Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating eye examinations for patients, conducting various diagnostic tests, and overseeing the management of patient records within the electronic medical records (EMR) system. This position also serves as a bridge between patients and optometrists, ensuring that the clinical environment remains clean and efficiently organized.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting eye examinations for patients.

- Maintain and manage patient records within the EMR system.
- Act as a liaison between patients and optometrists.

Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in an optical or healthcare setting.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills are required.
