Job description

The BCBA will perform functional behavior assessments and create tailored, evidence-informed behavior intervention plans for clients. Additionally, this role involves delivering clinical training to families and team members, as well as overseeing treatment fidelity to maintain exceptional care standards. Candidates are required to have a Master’s degree in a related discipline and a valid BCBA certification. A minimum of two years of experience in ABA services and a current practice license in Michigan are essential.
