Job Summary
This role focuses on formulating clinically effective treatment plans and providing evidence-based therapy within a nurturing environment. The professional will oversee and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while working alongside families to monitor patient progress and establish objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive setting.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high standards of care.
- Collaborate with families to assess progress and define goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a valid BCBA certification.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate care.
- Experience in evidence-based ABA practices is essential.
