Job description
The Clinical Specialist plays a vital role in patient care by readying individuals for examinations, conducting diagnostic assessments, and recording findings in the electronic medical records (EMR). Additionally, they serve as a bridge between patients and physicians, oversee the patient flow, and provide assistance with contact lens education and insurance verification. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in an optical or healthcare environment and hold a high school diploma or GED. Excellent customer service abilities, keen attention to detail, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential for this position.
