OR/Surgical Nurse (RN)
Location: Cleveland, OH (multiple locations available)
Pay: Up to $2880/week depending on location The OR Nurse delivers nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room setting. Responsibilities include preparing the operating room, assisting surgeons during procedures, ensuring sterile technique, monitoring patients, and supporting recovery. OR/Surgical RN Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preoperative assessments and verify patient identity, procedure, consent, allergies, and site/side marking.
- Prepare the operating room with necessary supplies, equipment, implants, and instruments.
- Coordinate communication among the surgical team, anesthesia, and support staff.
- Maintain patient safety and advocate for proper positioning, padding, temperature regulation, and infection control.
OR/Surgical RN Requirements:
- OH or Compact License
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience
- Level 1 Trauma facilty experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
