**Outpatient Care Coordinator**
The Outpatient Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing medication refill requests, addressing prescription concerns, and facilitating communication between healthcare providers and pharmacies. This role also plays a crucial part in clinic operations by aiding with patient appointment scheduling, managing communications, and ensuring the integrity of electronic health records. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1 to 3 years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and candidates must be able to successfully complete a Level 2 background check.
