Job description
**Outpatient Manager**
The Outpatient Manager is responsible for leading, supporting, and supervising clinical personnel while guaranteeing prompt service provision across community, home, and office environments. This role entails overseeing daily operations, implementing quality enhancement initiatives, and delivering direct clinical services such as therapy and assessments. Applicants are required to have a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a comparable counseling discipline, along with prior supervisory experience. A current Vermont license for substance use disorder treatment and a valid driver’s license are necessary for this position.
