Job description
**Job Title: GME Program Analyst**
The GME Program Analyst is responsible for overseeing the New Innovations Residency Management Suite and conducting data analysis for surgical training programs. Key duties involve generating accreditation reports, overseeing the evaluation process for residents, and offering technical assistance for program-related systems. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of two years of experience in areas such as accreditation, database management, or customer service, preferably in an educational or healthcare environment. Essential qualifications include proficiency in office applications, excellent analytical abilities, and strong communication and organizational skills.
