The Physical Therapist will assess patients to establish clinical diagnoses and create detailed, functional treatment strategies. This role involves delivering outstanding patient care, ensuring precise medical documentation, and building strong relationships with patients and referring doctors. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution. Additionally, a valid Illinois State Physical Therapy license and CPR certification are mandatory.
