**Job Title: Coding Quality Specialist**
The Coding Quality Specialist is responsible for examining, validating, and auditing encounters related to psychiatric professional fees to guarantee accurate coding and adherence to regulatory standards. This role involves working closely with providers and operational teams to uphold documentation integrity and facilitate appropriate reimbursement for behavioral health services. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of pertinent coding experience. A Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is mandatory for this position.
