Job Summary
Community Care Physicians (CCP) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Outpatient Vascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of their Vascular team. This position is located in Albany, New York, and requires onsite presence. The role involves delivering expert care in a noninvasive vascular laboratory and engaging in interventional radiology and emergency medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care within the vascular specialty.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with vascular issues.
- Perform various procedures as required at Albany Medical Center and associated facilities.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and care plans.
Qualifications
- Must hold licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in vascular care, interventional radiology, or emergency medicine is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
