Job Summary
The Material Handler plays a crucial role in the production process by ensuring the proper handling of finished skids, which includes banding, securing, and transporting these items to the conveyor system. This position involves various responsibilities that contribute to the efficiency of manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Band finished skids and secure them for transportation.
- Transport finished skids to the conveyor system.
- Assist in production line activities as needed.
- Manage scrap materials efficiently.
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related job.
- Completion of an industrial mobile equipment training and testing program.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Demonstrated ability to learn company-specific processes and procedures.
