**Job Title: Overnight Supervisor**
The Overnight Supervisor oversees the overnight team responsible for restocking the sales floor, enhancing merchandise displays, and managing inventory processes. This role includes aiding management in training new staff, conducting performance reviews, and enforcing company policies along with safety regulations. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside 2-4 years of experience in retail. Additionally, expertise in PC-based word processing, spreadsheet software, and inventory management systems is essential, as is the ability to work during overnight hours.
