The Commercial Loan Assistant oversees the entire process of commercial loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional customer service. They serve as a bridge between the lending teams and back-office functions to address any loan administration challenges and facilitate effective portfolio management. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking or finance, with a preference for those who are skilled in loan documentation and interpretation. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications and loan management systems, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
