**Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider**
The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for overseeing patient care for a designated group while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role includes establishing care standards, conducting health maintenance activities, and addressing care deficits to enhance patient outcomes. Applicants should possess an active RN license and CRNP certification, with a preference for those having at least 5 years of experience in primary care or family medicine. Additionally, candidates must have successfully finished an accredited nurse practitioner program and be eligible to secure hospital privileges.
