Job description
**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
The Personal Care Assistant offers individualized personal care and support to elderly participants both in their residences and at the PACE center. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation of patient activities, communicating any health status changes to the nursing team, and helping with daily living tasks. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, hold a valid California driver’s license, and have a current BLS CPR certification. While previous experience in personal care is advantageous, candidates must be able to successfully complete internal competencies within the first six months of employment.
