**Job Title: Packer**
The Packer plays a crucial role in the inspection, packaging, and labeling of butter products, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality benchmarks. Key responsibilities include conducting metal detector inspections, overseeing the transfer of inventory to the freezer, and upholding a tidy workspace. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination, foundational mathematical abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced production setting. Prior experience in food manufacturing is advantageous, along with a proven ability to comply with standard operating procedures and GMP regulations.
