Job Summary
The Paint Line Operator is tasked with executing powder coating applications autonomously, which includes managing tasks related to masking, hanging, and palletizing. The role emphasizes ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process while adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform powder coating applications.
- Manage tasks related to masking, hanging, and palletizing.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it operates effectively.
- Verify adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
- Ensure smooth production flow in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
- Manual dexterity is required for handling materials.
- The ability to read and interpret customer blueprints is essential.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience working in an industrial setting with exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures is preferred.
