Job Summary
The Internal Audit Operations Specialist is tasked with independently organizing and carrying out operational audits at global manufacturing sites to evaluate internal controls and associated risks. This role requires collaboration with functional management to offer risk-informed insights and foster ongoing enhancements in business operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute operational site audits globally to assess internal controls.
- Evaluate risks associated with manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with various management teams to provide insights based on risk assessment.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement within business processes.
- Utilize operational KPIs for performance evaluation and analysis.
- Implement lean methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit or in manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and operational KPIs.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
