Independently prepare subpoenas and review and summarize discovery responses and medical records. Coordinate records and deadlines for independent medical examinations, draft litigation motions, and conduct verdict, docket, social media, and background searches. Requires a paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience as a New York defense paralegal, with experience handling New York cases. New Jersey case experience and familiarity with specified court filing systems, liability practice areas, and legal software are preferred; strong organization, time management, communication, and teamwork skills are also required.
