The Paralegal will assist with substantial litigation efforts by preparing and submitting legal documents, including complaints, affidavits, and motions. In addition, they will handle court scheduling, e-filing in the states of Kentucky and Ohio, and oversee the organization of case files. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm, with a focus on legal collections. A strong understanding of e-filing systems as well as familiarity with standard office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe is essential.
