Job Summary
The Paramedic plays a crucial role in delivering safe and effective medical care and transportation for patients facing both urgent and non-urgent health concerns. The position involves maintaining medical apparatus, completing essential daily records, and strictly following established clinical guidelines and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate medical treatment and transport for patients in emergency and non-emergency scenarios.
- Ensure the upkeep and functionality of medical equipment.
- Complete necessary daily documentation accurately and timely.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Paramedic Certification.
- National Registry Paramedic Certification.
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of previous EMT experience.
- Ability to lift and move weights exceeding 125 pounds.
