The Salesperson plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, meeting both individual and store sales targets, and executing DIY services such as installing batteries and wipers. This position also entails overseeing inventory management, upholding store cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in retail sales and a fundamental understanding of automotive products and parts. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as is the capability to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds and to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends.
