**Parts Sales Manager**
The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing store sales results and cultivating a high-performance team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. This position entails overseeing operations, developing team members, and implementing store processes that align with the company’s mission in automotive solutions. Applicants should exhibit exceptional leadership, integrity, and decision-making abilities, and be available to work a flexible full-time schedule, which may include evenings and weekends. Prior experience in automotive retail along with ASE certification is highly regarded for this role.
