You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to establish effective hiring strategies and develop proactive talent pipelines. As a strategic talent advisor, you’ll leverage data-driven insights to enhance the candidate experience while maintaining a focus on quality. The ideal candidate will possess extensive professional experience in full-cycle recruiting specifically for sales roles within the technology industry. You should have proven skills in assessing sales talent, managing stakeholder relationships, and functioning as a strategic advisor in a dynamic work environment.
