Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities for residents with memory impairments. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families while maintaining accurate care records. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with experience caring for individuals with neurodegenerative conditions. Candidates must be reliable, possess effective communication skills, and be capable of physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
