Job Summary
The Mill Operator plays a crucial role in producing livestock feed while utilizing WEM automation systems. This position also encompasses the management of ingredient loading and unloading, alongside maintaining a hygienic facility. The operator is tasked with adhering to safety protocols and ensuring efficient operations within the mill.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture livestock feed using WEM automation systems.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of raw ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility.
- Operate a forklift safely during various tasks.
- Follow all established safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and capable of performing manual labor tasks.
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Forklift experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
