Job Summary
The Associates are essential team members responsible for executing various tasks related to production, sanitation, and shipping operations within two bakery facilities. Their role is vital in maintaining operational efficiency and promoting a safe work environment through adaptable skill sets.
Responsibilities
- Perform production activities to assist in the manufacturing processes.
- Engage in sanitation tasks to uphold cleanliness standards across the facilities.
- Support shipping operations to ensure timely dispatch of products.
- Participate in cross-training across all functional areas to enhance versatility and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for shifts lasting 8 hours or longer.
- Open availability required for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
