Job Summary
The role of the Inside Sales Specialist involves working closely with the sales management team to deliver tailored product suggestions, create precise quotes, and oversee customer accounts. This position is also responsible for liaising with the warehouse team to guarantee timely order fulfillment while offering continual assistance for sales-related questions.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with sales leadership to formulate product recommendations.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts effectively.
- Assist with order fulfillment by working alongside the warehouse team.
- Provide ongoing support and address inquiries related to sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
- At least four years of relevant experience is favored.
- Two years of experience in plumbing sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is necessary.
