**Job Title: Retail Operations Manager**
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, which encompasses inventory management and processing shipments, while ensuring outstanding customer service to enhance sales performance. Additionally, you will be tasked with keeping the store environment neat and well-organized as well as fostering the development of your team. Applicants should have completed their high school education or possess a GED, and must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical capabilities are important, including the ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and to stand for prolonged periods.
