Job description
The Sales Lead assists the store manager by exemplifying outstanding customer service and offering mentorship to team members. They play a key role in upholding visual merchandising and operational standards, ensuring a smooth omnichannel experience for customers. The preferred candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in retail sales and management. Familiarity with technology and point-of-sale systems is essential, as is the capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
