The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding the sales team to achieve sales goals while mentoring team members to deliver exceptional customer service. This position includes managing day-to-day store activities and addressing any complex customer service concerns that arise. Ideal candidates will have a background in leading and coaching sales teams, with a preference for those possessing a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license. A college degree, whether 2 or 4 years, or comparable experience is essential, and candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish will be favored.
