The Sales Teammate plays a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by helping guests choose merchandise and upholding the store’s standards. Additionally, they handle various operational duties, including processing transactions, organizing products on the sales floor, and ensuring the security of the store. Previous experience or training is not necessary for this role. Applicants should be capable of performing physical duties, such as standing, walking, and lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs.
